Return Policy

Unused items in saleable condition, purchased through this web store, may be returned within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this policy.

How to Return an Item

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

Refused or Undelivered Orders
If an order is refused or not picked up and is returned to us by the carrier, only the product cost (not shipping) will be refunded, and only upon written request from the person who paid the order.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and placed. Customers wishing to cancel must follow the standard return process above once the order has shipped.
